Christmas gift ideas for teenagers friends

It's that time of the year again, and you need to think of buying your close teenage friends some presents for christmas. Now you might not have a clue what your friends want, or how to stay within your personal buying budget for christmas gifts, so this is where this article comes in. The first thing you should do when planning to buy presents for your teenager friends is to decide how many friends you will buy presents for and what your personal budget is.

So maybe you've decided that you will buy your three closest friends a present, and maybe one present for the both of your parents. Now depending on how much money you've saved up, if you have a part time job, a certain amount of allowance every week or if you want to use gift money from your parents to buy your presents. Let's assume you have $100 dollars to spend and you want to buy 4 gifts. Of course the gift for your parents should be worth more, but remember that parents always appreciate things that come from the heart and that means that creating a gift certificate redeemable for chores done by you is probably just as great as a new CD! If you're on a really tight budget then you should consider making most of your christmas gifts. This will save you a lot of money, and your friends will really appreciate the effort you put into their gift.

For example consider making a necklace out of beads for your best friends. Add in your best friends name with a matching bracelet with letters forming her name. Or if you're a guy then you might not need to buy anything special, just taking your buddy out for lunch or dinner to a nice local restaurant or pizza joint might be celebration enough. If you want to make sure that your friends remember your gift, no matter how much you paid for it make sure to include a nice christmas card with your gift. A christmas card might be the last thing that your teenager friends want, but if they hold on to it they will look back on your christmas time together and think of you fondly.

Getting gifts for your friends is always a nice touch and it shows you care about them. But keep in mind that it's the thought that counts and not the amount of money the gifts cost you. You will do well to keep that in mind when some of your friends give you small gifts too.

To stay within your fictional $100 dollar budget let's assume you will spend $30 on your parents, and I will let you come up with something they will enjoy receiving. Now to pick something out for your three closest teen friends, that cost $20 each here is what you do. First of all make a list of all of the things that your friends enjoy. For example some teenage girls like butterflies, fairies, angels, dog, cats, you name it. From there it's easy to pick out a christmas gift that will make them happy no matter what it is - for example you could get your teen girlfriends some personalized diaries, journals, jewelry boxes, keychains, candles and more. If you know what your friends collect it might be even easier to pick out a christmas present for less than $20 for them! Maybe your friends collect ear rings, or cute pencils and paper. Now to find these types of gifts first check out places like Hallmark, but don't forget your local Dollar Store. You'll save lots of money by buying christmas gifts at the dollar store. You will also be able to afford some nice christmas gift wrappings too!

Hopefully these gift ideas were helpful, if not you might want to try looking online at shops like Amazon or eBay for some gifts.
